Psychiatric Assessments

Dr. Gill and Ms. Howell provide joint assessments before starting the treatment plan.We also provide second opinion for complex cases where there was lack of success of the existing treatment plan.

Psychotherapy

Dr. Gill brings his extensive training in Neuroscience, Psychology, Analytic Therapy and Psychiatry to his Neuroscience informed psychotherapy with or without medication management. Dr. Gill only provides comprehensive holistic approach as changes in personal and professional relationships require continuous monitoring and adjustments of the treatment plan.

Supervision

Dr. Gill has been supervising students, residents and professionals his entire career. He offers formal supervision for physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Formal RNP supervisory relationships can be established in states that require them (e.g., PA and VA). 

Dr. Gill is also available to consult for opening and management of various programs at different levels of care (e.g., inpatient, partial hospitalizations, intensive outpatient as well as outpatient clinics).

Medication Management

After the initial assessment, followup medication management visits are provided by Ms. Howell under the supervision of Dr. Gill. Dr. Gill is available for visits if clinical situation becomes complex in any way. Medication management services are provided only through Ms. Howell and are available for clients that get psychotherapy services elsewhere.

Leadership Coaching

Dr. Gill has been in leadership positions his entire career. His experience in team development, programs development and supervising and supporting large numbers of professionals gives him insight into group dynamics and professional politics. He brings his understanding of group psychology to client's individual goals and challenges.

Second Opinion Clinic

Dr. Gill has assessed well over 14000 patients in the variety of settings. He brings his education and experience to assess existing treatment plans which are not achieving desired goals. Suggestions are documented and communicated to the clients themselves or to the referring providers.
